Youha is a South Korean singer-songwriter and composer currently under Universal Music Korea. She made her debut on September 29, 2020 with her digital single "Island".
Pre-debut
She was initially introduced as a member of the predebut team known as “Future 2NE1” in 2012, which was supposed to debut in 2016. But for unknown reasons the debut was canceled, so she continued the training process.
In 2019 it was reported that she had left YG Entertainment after being a trainee for 9 years under the label.
2020 New agency, solo debut.
On September 25, it was revealed that Im Soo Ah had signed with Universal Music Korea and would make his official solo debut on September 29 under the stage name "Youha".
