Last April, during the pandemic, Saebom learned that an Italian fan of his was in hospital following an attempted suicide, he tried to get in touch with her via video call and then decided to mention her during a live broadcast on V APP , wishing her a fast recovery and asking all the listening fans to do the same in their own language.

In 2014, Key learned that one of his international fan was having a difficult time, which had led her go through self-harm. Kibum in front of the situation was unable to remain silent and so he decided to write an encouraging message where he admitted that he had had the same "bad habit" in the past too and that he still had scars on his body despite he being able to get out of it. He then told her that he would be by her side and that he wanted to see her progress and see her feel good. The singer fulfilled his promise by continuing to monitor the fan for more than a year, putting like on each photo where she showed the healing process of her cuts.



SEUNGHYUB FROM N.FLYING HELPED A FAN WITH A MAN WHO FOLLOWED HER:


In 2019 N.Flying leader Lee Seunghyub, were in an Instagram live when he noticed a comment from a fan who said that she was being followed by a drunk man. Seunghyub immediately took the situation head-on and told the girl to crank up the phone volume and pretend she was on in phone call with him. Immediately the idol loudly began to talk to her pretending to be her boyfriend "Where are you? Why are you taking so long? Do you know what time it is? It's almost 4am! Hurry up and go home", he said aloud, making it seem like he was going to meet her. "Should I go out to meet you? Come to the front of the convenience store and wait for me there, okay?"

Then he made sure that the girl was okay until she reached home and then recommended all viewers of the live that if anything like this ever happens to them, they should immediately call a friend and put on speakerphone.



SHINEE'S JONGHYUN VISITED A FAN AT HER WORK PLACE TO CONSOLATE HER:



In 2016, in a video for the YouTube channel 'Dingo', Jonghyun surprised a fan at her work place. The girl immediately getting emotional an bursted into tears as the singer tried to console her. They talked a lot and Jonghyun listen diligently all her difficulties, encouraged her and tried to snatch a few smiles from her by sprinkling his perfume on her wrist, after that he helped her at work, cleaning cafè's windows with her and then he safety walked her home.

Many idols and kpop groups have collaborated with the foundation, making their young fans' biggest dream come true. In fact, groups like BTS, StrayKids, BIGBANG, EXO, SHINee, SuperJunior, DAY6, B1A4 and many others have agreed to meet fans suffering from serious and incurable illnesses to spend a day together and make them smile.
